Therapeutic Massage Services
The depth of pressure and intensity of work will be specified to each client's needs for that session. This work is a collaborative effort and I will always work with you and your body to achieve the best results. I will never work beyond your pain threshold. Our goal together will be the management of muscular pain and tension, creating optimal and functional movement, proper range of motion, and finding ease in your body whatever that means for you. Whether you are struggling with injury rehabilitation, chronic pain and stiffness, postural issues, athletic performance, or even heightened stress levels I am here to help.
Session length and client needs will determine the flow of a session. If you have a primary complaint and schedule a 60 minute session, we may work solely on your primary complaint for that session. 75-90 minute sessions better allow for time spent on secondary complaints and time for relaxation based modalities.
Office Policies
All new clients must fill out an electronic intake form and liability waiver that will be sent via email.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for intake and changing time. If you arrive late to your appointment I cannot guarantee your full session time due to schedule constraints, however, I will always do my best to work with you and understand life does not always run on schedule.
Out of respect for the massage therapist and other clients' time a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to those canceling with less than 24 hours notice, barring emergencies. Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will incur the full charge of the service.
Please remember the time scheduled for your appointment is specifically set aside for you. I will respect that time by giving you my full attention and presence and ask that you do the same.

Series and Gift Certificates expire 12 Months from purchase date, except those of 10 or more sessions which will expire 16 Months from purchase date.

When a client you refer completes their first appointment you will receive $10 off your next scheduled session. There is no limit to referrals, however, this is valid only after each individual's first appointment. Please make sure the person you have referred mentions your name in their new client forms or at their first appointment.
